About this data
Country profiles combine the classification-system register maintained by our research team (national statistical offices), World Bank World Development Indicators (GDP and its composition), ILOSTAT (employment structure and SDG 8.3.1 informality — informal employment covers workers whose main jobs lack basic legal or social protection), and UNIDO manufacturing statistics (output at basic prices). Each country shows its most recent available year; coverage varies by source. All figures are refreshed with the annual releases. Use the crosswalk to convert any code between ISIC, NAICS, NACE, NIC and the other systems.
