What 52.24H includes

• Loading and unloading of goods or baggage, irrespective of the mode of transport, other than in the maritime ports (handling rail, road, inland waterway, and airports)
• The loading and unloading of freight cars
• Rental and leasing of transtainers, or cranes to hoist, with operator, for activities handling of the goods other than in the seaports
• The movement of cargoes on industrial sites, using transportation equipment not suitable for use on roads open to public traffic

• The transportation or movement of objects inside an industrial facility, for the account third, if the public road is used, see 49.41H
