What 61.90Y includes

• Provision application of specialized telecommunications (for example the satellite tracking, telemetry, communications, operation of radar stations)
• The operating terminals of satellites and associated facilities, connected operationally to one or more communication systems terrestrial and capable of transmitting telecommunications to the systems of satellites or receiving telecommunications from these satellite systems
• Provision of internet access over networks between the client and the provider of internet access that are not owned or controlled by the internet service provider (for example access to the internet by dial)
• Text messaging (SMS) via internet
• Voice over IP (VOIP), text messaging (SMS), data services advanced (SMS+ MMS+) and the provision of services, push SMS, no operating facilities for the transmission of data
