What 64.91Y includes

• The activities of financial lease, a contract under which the lessor, as the legal owner of an asset, transfers the risks and rewards of ownership of the asset to the lessee. In the context of a finance lease, the lessor is deemed to grant to the lessee a loan through which the latter acquires all of the economic benefits and risks of the rental agreement. Subsequently, the leased asset on the balance sheet of the lessee and not the lessor ; the loan corresponding figure in the assets of the lessor and the liability of the lessee.
