What 85.20Y includes

• Primary education: School and the duties involved, which give students a solid foundation in reading, writing and mathematics and a basic understanding of other subject matter (for example history, geography, natural sciences, social sciences, art and music).
• This sub-class also includes the teaching programmes within or outside the school system, the content of which is equivalent to the programs of primary education but are intended for those considered too old to attend elementary school. It includes, for example, adult literacy programs, programs of the second chance or re-entry.

What 85.20Y excludes

• The education and training, non-formal, regardless of age or domain. Education, see group 85.5
• The activities of child care, including daycare for students, see 88.91G and 88.91J
