What 85.31Y includes

• The type of education that lays the foundation for learning throughout life and human development, and can open up opportunities for further training. The activities classified in this sub-class are based on programs that offer a course of study directed toward a given material, which appeal to teachers, more specialized, and more often use several teachers offering courses in their area of specialization. The specialization of the materials at this level often begins to have some influence even on the curriculum of those who follow a general program. These programs are designed to qualify students either for technical and vocational education or for entrance into higher education without prerequisites in particular.
