What 50 includes

• This division includes: - scheduled and non-scheduled water transport of passengers or goods, - towing and pushing in water transport, - the operation of pleasure boats and ships, tourist boats, ferries, water taxis, and the like.
• The decisive factor distinguishing maritime transport from inland waterway transport is the type of vessel used, although the distinguishing criterion for maritime and inland waterway transport is the place of transport.
