What 64.22.Z includes

• Activities of entities created by a financial or non-financial group for the purpose of raising or lending funds (often on the open market) and transferring these funds to the parent entity or another entity within the group,
• Activities of subsidiary financial institutions engaged in intra-group lending,
• Activities of companies engaged in raising funds and transferring these funds to a parent entity that is owned, directly or indirectly, by a non-resident entity whose balance sheet consists of claims and liabilities to non-resident entities, and which employs few or no employees and has little or no physical presence in the place where the entity is registered.
