What 94 includes

• This division includes: - the activities of organizations whose members represent the interests of certain social groups or promote various ideas among the general public. The activities of these organizations may also benefit non-members.
• This division is defined by the purposes these organizations' activities are intended to serve, namely, the interests of employers, the self-employed, and the scientific community (relevant subclasses of group 94.1), the interests of employees (relevant subclasses of group 94.2), and the promotion of religious, political, cultural, educational, or recreational activities (relevant subclasses of group 94.9).

What 94 excludes

• The economic activities conducted by member organizations, classified in the appropriate subclasses of this classification (for example, in the field of education, the appropriate subclasses of section Q, and in the field of health care, the appropriate subclasses of section R).
