What 46.873 includes

• Dismantling of end-of-life equipment to obtain and resell usable parts
• Wholesale of non-metallic waste and scrap such as used tyres, glass, plastic, wood, paper, textile waste etc. for recycling including collection, sorting, separation, dismantling of used goods for the purpose of recovering the parts that can be reused, packaging and repackaging, storage and delivery, but without an actual processing process. The waste bought and sold also has a value.
