What 47.920 includes

• Specialized retail intermediation that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers for the ordering and/or delivery of physical goods for a fee or commission, without providing and owning the goods intermediated. Such intermediation can be carried out on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (through face-to-face meetings, by telephone, by mail, etc.). The fee or commission can come from either the buyers or the sellers. Revenues from non-specialized retail intermediation may include other sources of income, such as revenue from the sale of advertising space.
• Brokerage in retail trade of second-hand goods
• Auctions for third-party goods with both new and used goods, including auctions on the Internet
• Rental of space including staff, for the sale of second-hand goods
