What 68.310 includes
- Mediation in the purchase, sale and rental of real estate by bringing together buyers and sellers or service providers for a fee or commission. Such mediation can be carried out on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (via personal meetings, including door-to-door, by telephone, by post, etc.). The fee or commission can be paid either by the customer or by the seller of the property or the provider of the real estate service. Revenues for the mediation may include other sources of income, e.g. income from the sale of advertising space.
