What 35.12.1 includes

• Operation of power generation plants that generate electricity from renewable energy sources (e.g., gaseous biofuels, hydropower, onshore and offshore wind power, photovoltaic solar energy, thermal solar energy, geothermal energy, and tidal, wave and marine energy) without feeding it into the power grid for distribution.
