• This subclass encompasses the brokering of car, motorhome, and caravan rentals and leases, where customers and service providers are brought together for a fee or on a commission basis. The brokering entity does not itself provide the rental and leasing services. These brokering activities can be conducted on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (including in-person, door-to-door, telephone, mail, etc.). The brokering entity receives the fee or commission either from the customers or the providers of the rental and leasing services. Revenue from the brokering activity may also include other sources of income (e.g., revenue from the sale of advertising space).
