What 78.20G includes

• The activities of supplying workers for limited periods of time in order to temporarily replace or supplement the workforce of the client. In this system of employment, the temporary work agency or the providers of human resources are the employers of the individual workers available. However, customers are responsible for the supervision of temporary staff.
