What 81.10Y includes

• The provision of a combination of a number of support services in the clients ' facilities. These services include the cleaning of general interior, maintenance, waste disposal, concierge services, and monitoring, mail routing, reception, laundry and related services to support operations within facilities. These support activities are carried out by personnel who is not involved in the main activities of the client or responsible for those.

• The management of real property (for example, the management of real property or housing in co-ownership (most often on the basis of a fee or contract)), see 68.32G, 68.32H

• The provision of a single support services (e.g. general services cleaning inside) or the support of a single function (e.g. heating), see the appropriate class based on the service provided
