What 81.10.0 includes

• This class encompasses the provision of a combination of support services within the client's premises. These services include general interior cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal, concierge and security services, mail distribution, reception, laundry, and related services to support the operation of these facilities. These support services are performed by external operational staff who are not involved in, and bear no responsibility for, the client's core business or activities.

What 81.10.0 excludes

• Administration and operation of a customer's on-site computer systems and/or data processing equipment, see 62.20.2
• Management of real estate (e.g., management of jointly owned land or apartments (mostly on a contract basis)), see 68.32
• Guard and security services, see 80.01.5
