What 84.23.0 includes

• Administration and operation of administrative, civil, criminal, and military courts, as well as the judicial system, including legal advice and representation, carried out on behalf of or supported by state bodies in the form of payments or services;
• Judicial judgment and interpretation of laws;
• Activities of public prosecutors;
• Mediation of civil disputes;
• Administration of correctional facilities and execution of criminal measures, including rehabilitation services, regardless of whether these are administered and carried out by state bodies or by private entities on a contract basis.
