What 86.10.1 includes

• Short- or long-term activities, i.e., medical activities, diagnosis, and treatment, including medical, nursing, and other healthcare services for inpatients, as well as the special accommodation services required by inpatients in general hospitals (e.g., municipal or state hospitals, non-profit hospitals, military and prison hospitals) and specialized clinics (e.g., addiction hospitals, infectious disease clinics, maternity hospitals), excluding university, preventive care, and rehabilitation clinics.
• Activities of physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Laboratory and technical services such as radiology and anesthesia services
• Activities of emergency departments
• Activities of operating rooms and hospital pharmacies, food preparation, and other hospital services
• Activities of family planning centers that perform medical treatments (e.g., sterilization and abortion) with Accommodation
• Activities of psychiatric hospitals that offer diagnostic and medical treatment
