What 87.99G includes

• Activities of reception, accommodation and rehabilitation of children and adolescents are protected as a result of a court decision or socially in difficulty, provided 24 hours out of 24, without, however, that the medical care or education does not play a dominant role in: • residential schools and children's homes for children • host family accommodation • activities of the houses, kindergartens and orphanages • the activities of other homes and homes for children and adolescents in difficulty (for example, home of the child, children's home of a social nature)
• Activities of the institutions of the judicial protection of youth

• The day care of young children by kindergartens and child-care facilities, see 88.91G
• The day-care of children with disabilities, see 88.91J
• The activities of adoption services, see 88.99G
