What 87.99.Z includes

• This subclass includes residential social welfare services providing 24-hour care for children and individuals with limited self-care capacity (excluding the elderly and disabled), in which medical care, education, and rehabilitation play a marginal role. These services are provided by public administration institutions, private organizations, or social organizations in facilities such as:
• Boarding schools and shelters for children,
• Special educational centers,
• Homes for the homeless, refugees, immigrants, and the like,
• Homes for single mothers with children,
• Support centers for people with social or personal problems,
• Other residential centers supporting families, whether public or private. This subclass also includes institutional or family-based foster care.
