What 09.10.Z includes

• Service activities supporting the exploitation of crude oil and natural gas deposits, provided on a contract basis, such as: • conducting exploration work in connection with the extraction of crude oil and natural gas (for example, using traditional methods by conducting geological observations at exploration sites), • drilling and directional drilling, • erection of drilling rigs, repair, and dismantling, • cementing of crude oil and natural gas wells, • pumping, plugging, and capping of wells, and the like, • liquefaction and regasification of natural gas, conducted on mine sites for transportation purposes, • dewatering and pumping, performed on contract basis, • test drilling related to crude oil and gas extraction,
• Fire protection and firefighting in oil and gas fields.

What 09.10.Z excludes

• Mining of crude oil and natural gas, classified in the appropriate subclasses of division 06,
• Specialized repair and maintenance of mining machinery and equipment for drilling and extraction, classified in 33.12.Z,
• Specialized offshore installations, repair and maintenance of equipment that is an integral part of floating platforms, classified in the appropriate subclasses of division 43,
• Liquefaction and re-gasification of natural gas, conducted outside the mine site for water or land transportation purposes, classified in 52.21.A, 52.21.B, 52.22.A, 52.22.B,
• Geophysical, geological, and seismic surveys, classified in 71.12.B.
