What 24.41.Z includes

• Production of basic precious metals: • production and refining of wrought or unwrought precious metals: gold, silver, platinum, and the like, from precious metal ore and scrap,

• Plating of base metals with silver, gold, or platinum by brazing or soldering, welding, hot rolling, or similar mechanical means,
• Production of precious metal wire by drawing,
• Production of precious metal plates, sheets, strips, and foil laminates,
• Recovery of silver from waste and scrap by electrolytic refining,
• Melting and casting of precious metal products in the form of ingots, blocks, or similar forms.
