What 52.310 includes

• Freight transport brokerage by bringing together clients with service providers for a fee or commission without the broker performing the freight transport services brokered. Such brokerage can be carried out on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (through personal meetings, by telephone, by post, etc.). The fee or commission is paid either by the client or by the freight transport service provider. Revenues for brokerage may include other sources of income, e.g. income from the sale of advertising space.
