What 52.320 includes

• Intermediation of passenger transport by bringing together clients with service providers for a fee or commission without the intermediary performing the passenger transport services intermediated. Such intermediation may be carried out on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (through personal meetings, by telephone, by post, etc.). The fee or commission is paid either by the client or by the provider of the passenger transport service. Revenues for the intermediation may include other sources of income, e.g. income from the sale of advertising space.
• Operation of online carpooling platforms that allow passengers to book seats
• Provision of intermediary services for the purchase of land, sea or air transport for passengers
• Brokerage of passenger seats on ships and aircraft
• Transportation services through radio taxi services, without providing transportation
• Fee-based reservation services for passenger transport
