What 52.32.Z includes

• This subclass includes passenger transportation brokerage, which involves bringing together buyers and sellers for a fee or commission, without the intermediary providing the passenger transportation services being brokered. The brokerage may be performed electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, email) or otherwise (through face-to-face contact, door-to-door, telephone, postal, etc.). The fee or commission may be collected from the customer or the provider of the passenger transportation services. Revenue from brokerage may include other sources of revenue (e.g., advertising revenue).
• Operating online ride-sharing platforms that allow passengers to book rides,
• Brokering the purchase of land, water, or air transportation for passengers,
• Brokering the sale of passenger seats on ships and aircraft,
• Brokering transportation using radio taxi services, without providing transportation services,
• Providing paid passenger transportation reservation services.
