What 79.11.Z includes

• The activities of agents primarily engaged in the sale of tourist packages and cruises to individual clients and businesses, including additional advice and opinions on accommodation matters:
• Activities related to the booking of ready-made tourist packages, domestic and international,
• Activities related to the booking of custom tourist packages for groups, domestic or international,
• Intermediation related to the conclusion of contracts for the provision of tourist services on behalf of tour operators,
• Intermediation in the provision of tourist services at the destination.

What 79.11.Z excludes

• Intermediation in passenger transport only, classified in 52.32.Z,
• Intermediation in accommodation only, classified in 55.40.Z,
• Activities consisting in performing, on behalf of a client, factual and legal acts related to concluding contracts for the provision of tourist services, classified in the appropriate subclasses of division 69,
• Sale of tourist services on a deferred basis: a form of distribution of a tourist service, which may be of any nature (related to hotels, restaurants, personal care, recreational activities, and the like), classified in 82.99.B.
