What 58.130 includes

• Publishing of magazines and other newspapers
• Publication of broadcasting times for radio and television
• All forms of publication (in print, digital, analog or any other form) are covered.
• Publication of a periodical or regularly updated collection of information shall be under editorial responsibility and control, consisting mainly of literary works of a journalistic nature and having the purpose of informing the public. Magazines and other journals published less than four times a week, if the product is published in both print and electronic format, the frequency of publication shall be assessed on the basis of how often the print version is published.
• Editorial work, in connection with self-publishing or commissioned publishing of journals, (for editorial work only, see 90.030)
• Editing, in connection with self-publishing of weekly newspapers and magazines that are published 3 or fewer times a week
• Licensing services, granting the right to use, reproduce, distribute or incorporate, magazines (published 3 or fewer times a week)
