What 58.13.0 includes

• Publishing of specialist journals and other periodicals
• Publishing of radio and television program guides.
• All possible forms of publishing (in print, digital, analog, or other formats) are considered.
• The publication of a periodically or regularly updated collection of information should be under editorial responsibility and control, consist primarily of literary works of a journalistic nature, and serve the purpose of informing the general public. Specialist journals and other periodicals are published less than four times per week. If the product is published in both print and electronic form, the frequency of publication is assessed based on the frequency of the print version.
