What 46100 includes

• This sub-class includes activities of commission agents and/or all other wholesalers who trade goods on behalf and/or on account of others. Such agents and/or wholesalers do not take title to the goods they sell, but act as agents for a principal and receive a commission or fee for their service.
• Activities of those involved in bringing sellers and buyers together or undertaking commercial transactions on behalf of a principal, excluding via the Internet
• Activities of wholesale auctioneering houses

What 46100 excludes

• Activities of opaque intermediaries (intermediaries that are acting in the name of a third party), see 462 to 469; depending on the type of goods sold
• Online intermediaries that enable transactions between buyers and sellers usually for a fee or commission basis without taking ownership of the goods sold, see 63201
• Online marketplaces operating on a fee or commission basis for goods and food sold by third-party, see 63201
