What 46.1 includes

• This group includes intermediation services, i.e., facilitating transactions between sellers and buyers to order goods on commission, without taking ownership of the goods being brokered, including:
• Activities of commission agents, commodity brokers, and other wholesalers who act on behalf of other economic entities that are not at any time the owners of the goods being brokered,
• Activities involving the organization of joint meetings between sellers and buyers,
• Activities involving the conclusion of commercial transactions on behalf of the principal, including via the Internet,
• Activities of entities conducting central purchasing, if they are merely intermediaries and do not own the goods,
• Activities involving the wholesale of third-party goods, carried out by auction houses and the Internet.
