What 47.12.1 includes

• Retail trade in goods from the assortment of 5 or more classes of groups 47.3 to 47.8 (excluding class 47.79), where the share of added value or a suitable substitute is above 5% but below 50% in each case. The total assortment must not include food, beverages and tobacco products (group 47.2).

What 47.12.1 excludes

• Specialized retail trade, see groups 47.2 to 47.8
• Retail trade in fuels in conjunction with food, beverages, products for the maintenance of motor vehicles, car washing, etc., where the sale of fuels predominates, see 47.30
• Retail trade in second-hand goods of various kinds, see 47.79
