What 77.11.1 includes

• Rental of motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 t or less for shared use by an indefinite number of customers by commercial carsharing providers. Rental is based on a framework agreement and charged according to a time-based, mileage-based, or combined rate. Carsharing vehicles can be offered for use independently of fixed stations or via stations.
• Rental of one's own passenger car, motorcycle, or other light motor vehicle without a driver (private carsharing).

What 77.11.1 excludes

• Rental of passenger cars with a maximum authorized mass of 3.5 t or less, with driver, see 49.33.0
• Brokerage activities for the rental and leasing of passenger cars with a maximum authorized mass of 3.5 t or less, see 77.51.0
