What 88.10.4 includes

• Other social, advisory, care, referral and similar services provided by state or private institutions, national or local self-help organizations, including specialist advisory services, to people with disabilities in their homes or elsewhere: • day care for people with disabilities • vocational rehabilitation and qualification measures for people with physical disabilities, provided that the training aspect is not the primary focus
