What 41.02 includes

• The construction of all types of non-residential buildings: • buildings for industrial production such as factories, workshops, assembly plants, etc. • hospitals, educational institutions, office buildings, etc. • hotels, retail establishments, shopping centers, restaurants, slaughterhouses, depots, warehouses, observatories, museums, etc. • airport, port, and transportation station buildings (subway, bus, train, etc.) • indoor sports facilities • parking facilities, including underground parking
• The construction of prefabricated non-residential buildings requiring on-site assembly
• The complete remodeling or renovation of existing non-residential buildings involving various specialized construction activities
• The assembly of silos
• The construction and installation of grain storage systems

What 41.02 excludes

• The manufacture and delivery of prefabricated building structures and parts, made of wood or metal, with minimal on-site work (see divisions 16 and 25)
• The construction of industrial installations, excluding buildings (see 42.99)
• Real estate development (see 68.12)
• Architectural and engineering technical services (see 71.1)
• Construction management related to building projects (see 71.1)
