What 41.00.A includes

• This subclass includes construction work related to the construction of complete residential buildings, as well as their extensions and alterations. Outsourcing of part or even the entire construction process is possible. If only specialized parts of the construction process are performed, the activity is classified in the appropriate subclasses of division 43.
• Construction of residential buildings,
• Erection of prefabricated building structures requiring on-site assembly,
• Complete reconstruction or renovation of existing residential buildings, involving several specialized construction activities.

What 41.00.A excludes

• Implementation of construction projects related to the construction of residential buildings, for the purpose of preparing the buildings for subsequent sale, classified in 68.12.A,
• Architectural and engineering activities, classified in the appropriate subclasses of group 71.1,
