• Refers to the for-profit real estate leasing activities of various units and residents, as well as non-profit leasing services provided by real estate management departments, enterprises, institutions and institutions, including sports venue leasing services.
• Includes the following real estate leasing and operating activities：
• Land use right leasing service;
• Affordable housing leasing services: public rental housing leasing services, other affordable housing leasing services;
• Non-self-owned housing leasing services: long-term rental apartment services, housing leasing companies raise housing through leasing and provide housing leasing services, housing leasing services, and other housing leasing services to the community;
