• Renting and operating of self-owned or leased real estate which is used for housing association activities only
• Renting and operating of housing association owned real estate: • apartment buildings and dwellings • land
• Providing homes for rent for those who are vulnerable, on low income and/or key workers such as nurses
• Sheltered or supported homes
• Operation of services to help residents improve their communities
• Offering homes through a shared ownership scheme
• Development for building projects for own operation of housing associations

• Operation of hotels, suite hotels, holiday homes, rooming houses, camping grounds, trailer parks and other non-residential or short-stay accommodation places (including student accommodation) provided for less than one year, see division 55
