• This group includes social, counselling, welfare, referral and similar services which are aimed at older persons or persons with disabilities in their homes or elsewhere and carried out by government offices or by private organizations, national or local self-help organizations and by specialists providing counselling services such as visiting of older persons and persons with disabilities, day-care activities for older persons or for adults with disabilities, home assistance services for older persons or persons with disabilities and vocational rehabilitation and activities for persons with disabilities, where the education component is limited.
• This group also includes activities of caregivers and nursing care at home if part of home care services.
