What 17 includes

• This division includes the manufacture of paper pulp, paper, recycled paper, and the manufacturing products recycled from wood, paper, cardboard and corrugated cardboard.
• The manufacturing of these products is grouped together because they constitute a series of related transactions vertically. Several of them are often completed in the same unit.
