Where 58 sits

This division includes the publishing of books, brochures, leaflets, dictionaries, encyclopedias, atlases, maps and charts ; publishing of newspapers, journals and periodicals ; publishing of directories and mailing lists, and other publications (including the edition software).
Publishing includes the acquisition of copyrights to content (information products) and at the disposal of this content to the general public by taking in charge or organizing the reproduction and the distribution of this content in various forms. Publishers can license the rights to others to distribute their content, or they can publish and distribute any content that they create or have. All possible forms of publishing (in print, digital, analog, or other) and the activities of self-publishing are included in this division, with the exception of the edition of the film and music.
This division includes streaming (streaming) of the content (for example, software and books) by the editors of content.

The production of films or videos, music publishing, or the production of original sound recordings; see division 59.
It also excludes the acquisition of rights from publishers for the broadcasting and distribution of content (see division 60), computer programming activities (see division 62), printing (see group 18.1), and the mass reproduction of recorded media (see 18.20Y).
This division does not include the production of movies, or videos, edit music, and the production of master sound recordings, see division 59.
It does not include the obtaining of rights with publishers for the distribution and the distribution of content (see division 60), the activities computer programming (see division 62), print (see group 18.1) and by the massive reproduction of recorded media (see 18.20Y)
