What 64.32Y includes

• Legal entities, not acting as a collective investment undertakings, organized to pool securities or other financial assets, without the administer, on behalf of shareholders or beneficiaries. The portfolios are designed in such a way as to obtain the characteristics of the specific investment (e.g. (diversification, risk, rate of return, volatility in the price). These entities earn interest, dividends and other income from property, but they have no or few employees, and do not derive any income from the sale of services.
• A trust, the wealth accounts, or agency, managed on behalf of multiple beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of a trust agreement, will or agency agreement
• Activities of holding companies that do not have the control of the shareholders ' equity
• Venture capital companies for which the funding is made up of shares and who do not receive honoraria
