What 64.32.Z includes

• This subclass includes the activities of legal entities (e.g., funds, trusts), not operating as part of collective investment schemes, investing in securities, real estate, and other financial assets on behalf of shareholders or beneficiaries, excluding management. Securities portfolios are constructed to achieve specific investment returns based on criteria such as diversification, risk, rate of return, and price volatility. These investment ventures, which generate dividends and other property income, have little or no employment and little or no profit from the sale of their services.
• Activities of trusts and unit trusts managed on behalf of shareholders or beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of trust agreements, declarations of intent, or agency agreements;
• Activities of companies with minority shareholdings not exceeding a controlling interest in the share capital;
• Activities of high-risk enterprises whose sole source of financing is shares and which charge no fees.
