What 64.320 includes

• Legal entities, not operating as collective investment schemes, that are set up to invest in securities, funds and other financial assets, without managing them, on behalf of shareholders or beneficiaries. The portfolios are tailored to achieve specific investment criteria, such as diversification, risk, return, price volatility. These entities receive interest, dividends and other capital income, but have few or no employees and no revenue from the sale of services.
• Funds, estates or letterbox companies, which are administered on behalf of multiple beneficiaries under the terms of a fund agreement, will or agency agreement
• Activities of enterprises that own shares in other enterprises without having controlling interests in them, see 64.32
• Venture capital companies financed exclusively with shares without any fees being charged
