What 55 includes

• This division includes: - the provision of short-term stays for tourists and other travelers, and longer-term accommodations for students, working people, and others. Some businesses may provide only accommodation, while others provide accommodations including meals and/or access to recreational facilities.
• This division also includes the provision of short-term stays (for example, for students and working people).

What 55 excludes

• The provision of long-term accommodations as the main place of stay in properties (for example, apartments or flats) usually rented on an annual basis, classified in the appropriate subclasses of division 68.
