What 55.40.0 includes

• This subclass encompasses the brokering of accommodation services, where customers and service providers are brought together for a fee or on a commission basis, with the brokering entity not providing the brokered accommodation services itself. These brokering activities can be carried out on digital platforms or via non-digital channels (including in-person, door-to-door, telephone, mail, etc.). The brokering entity receives the fee or commission either from the customers or the accommodation service providers. Revenue from the brokering activity may also include other sources of income (e.g., revenue from the sale of advertising space).
