What 55.400 includes

• The provision of all types of accommodation by bringing together customers and service providers for a fee or commission. Such provision can be carried out on digital platforms or via non-digital channels (telephone, post, etc.). The fee or commission can be received either from the customer or the provider of accommodation. Revenue from the provision of accommodation may include other sources of income, such as revenue from the sale of advertising space.
• Timeshare services for holiday homes and similar accommodation
