What 55.20.Z includes

• This subclass covers the provision of accommodation on a daily or weekly basis in specially designated furnished rooms or spaces for living, preparing meals, and sleeping, or with cooking facilities or equipped kitchens. On-site customer service is typically not provided. Minimal, if any, services associated with accommodation may be provided.
• This subclass covers the provision of short-term accommodation, for example, in:
• Summer camps and other holiday resorts (e.g., holiday resorts, excursion homes, training and recreation centers),
• Holiday homes and apartments,
• Guesthouses and bungalows,
• Unserviced cottages or chalets,
• Hostels,
• Guesthouses,
• Farms (agritourism),
• Mountain huts and mountain huts.

What 55.20.Z excludes

• Provision of furnished short-term accommodation with daily cleaning, bed-making, and food and beverage service, see 55.10.Z;
• Accommodation brokerage, see 55.40.Z;
• Letting and management of owned or leased real estate, see appropriate subclasses of division 68.
