What 55.20.2 includes

• Holiday homes, apartments and rooms, i.e. accommodation establishments that are accessible to everyone and in which food and drinks are not served, but cooking facilities are available
• Holiday centers, i.e. accommodation establishments that are accessible to everyone and, according to their design and purpose, serve to offer a choice of different living and accommodation options as well as leisure facilities in conjunction with shopping facilities and personal services for temporary stays. The minimum requirements include the presence of hotel accommodation and other lodging options (including those with cooking facilities), a restaurant, shopping facilities for daily needs and leisure activities, as well as facilities for personal services (e.g., massage facilities, solarium, sauna, hairdresser) and active leisure activities (e.g., swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, miniature golf, fitness trails)
• Private accommodation, i.e., small lodging establishments with fewer than 9 beds, accessible to everyone and where guests are accommodated for temporary stays for a fee (also as part of a private landlord's residence)
• Bed and breakfast units
• Guest rooms provided by private households.

What 55.20.2 excludes

• Accommodation with daily cleaning, bed making and on-site customer service, see 55.10
• Accommodation placement services, see 55.40.0
• Provision of residential houses and furnished or unfurnished apartments for long-term use of a period of at least one year, see 68.20.1
