What 56.30.3 includes

• Activities of bars where alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks (e.g., cocktails or long drinks) are prepared and served for immediate consumption on the premises;
• Activities of entertainment venues where drinks are prepared and served for immediate consumption on the premises and which offer an accompanying entertainment program (e.g., live music) (excluding discotheques and dance halls).

• Resale of packaged and ready-to-drink beverages, see Division 47
• Retail sale of beverages by vending machines, see 47.25.0 and 47.27.0
• Establishments providing space and opportunity for dancing, see 56.30.2
